"Hi, welcome to StageWorks Ltd. We are one of the leading Performing Arts Schools for children aged 3 - 16 years, we are not a franchise. We believe the performing arts is a positive and creative environment that gives children of all ages confidence, self belief and determination. In the early years (3/4- 8) it helps develop the skills necessary for so much of their life. We offer regular assessments for all the students and do this to encourage development in all aspects of the Performing Arts. The students perform in regular presentations and Christmas Showcases at local theatres and in some areas we perform in festivals/carnivals/competitions.

We are proud to announce our Christmas Show 2013 will be The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrob. This is an exciting production for the students and teachers at StageWorks and we have now cast the production. We hope you come and see us at The Kenton Theatre, Henley later on in the year?
We have seen students performing in Mary Poppins, Matilda, Oliver, The King and I, Madam Butterfly, Ragtime Musicals in the West End, St Trinians Movie, CBeebies, Nickolodean, Commericals, SKY TV, Disney Play Channel, Downton Abbey and various other professional contracts. We are proud of ALL our students and also proud to be part of the Henley life. The support we get from the local businesses, parents and societies/groups is second to none. We are soon to be seeing one of our students open in Matilda, Broadway. StageWorks works alongside many well known casting directors, in helping them find the right performer for a role.
We train our students in all aspects of the performing arts and keep them grounded and ensure they have plenty of fun in their classes. Our in house WEST END stars run Masterclasses in class (at no extra cost) and audition workshops out of hours to give our students the best knowledge we can. Our classes are structured and allow students to explore their personalities. We work closely with the local community and enjoy the relationships we have built over our 13 years in Henley. Most of our students who have left to explore other areas of the performing arts are still in contact, they still help out and we still have valued relationships with students that have continued to support us and teach with us. It really is a 'family' run school..
We offer FREE workshops once a term at local schools- if your child's school was interested in joining our scheme then please do not hesitate in contacting us to book a termly slot and we will work with the school to ensure all the students are given the correct training with professionaly trained, qualified tutors. We are currently working with schools in Berkshire and Oxfordshire and look forward to working with other schools soon.
Our team comprises of young, dynamic professional, fully qualified, CRB checked tutors who work together to give StageWorks its edge in the Performing Arts industry, we meet every 6 weeks to make sure we are all on the same page and keep StageWorks moving forward with fresh innovative ideas! All StageWorks staff are performers and we have all 'trod' the boards both in professional and amateur productions over the years. We have a wealth of experience to share with our students and continue to enjoying learning also!

StageWorks will be running LAMDA classes in Musical Theatre/Drama for students who would like to gain some qualifications. These classes will start in Henley in 2013, we are very excited about this new project, please call 01491 877205 for further information. These classes will be on Thursday evenings after school for 5+ We are also running our very popular Jelly Tot classes for ages 3-4years old. Great fun classes learning to be in a class environment with same age Jelly Tots that just want to have a lot of fun!
We also run adult classes in dance and tap and our age range now goes up to 84, please see our schedule.
