delivery and collection
All children are to be delivered either to the Green Room, or the Kenton Theatre in time to start at the published start times. (See programme timetable). All children MUST be collected at the finish time each day by a parent or guardian. If you will not be collecting them, you must tell us in writing what the arrangements are for collection. No child will be allowed to leave unaccompanied.
After the show on Friday children must be collected from the Stage Door of the theatre. We estimate this will be no later than 8pm.
clothing
Please make sure your child is wearing loose comfortable fitting clothes (not jeans), jazz shoes (or trainers). To keep the costs down, it will help us if you can provide costumes for the final show. Once you have booked your place we will send you a costume list with details of what we would like them to wear (nothing very complicated we promise!).
refreshments
Please provide your child with lunch/drinks/snacks each day. We must be made aware of any allergies on the Medical Form we will send you once you have booked your place.
refunds
Please note there will be no refunds on booking fees or tickets
